And where was Zeke?
Waiting on the front porch for J.
Because each day at the same time,
Zeke's internal clock tells him it's almost time
for J to come rolling down our little
one-lane road.
And I become chopped liver!
I hope your day had a little fun in it!

I'm loving the super long sock toy!! Gus went to the vet today. He won't let anyone clean his ears and now he has an ear infection. They had to knock him out to clean them. He's really drowsy now.
Not to be outdone, Hank wants in on that sock toy. :)
Misha,
I have some critters around here I think need a sock toy! Cleaning out the sock drawer tomorrow :)
What is it about men and the animals .... mine do the same thing!
Hugs,
Donna

I sure know that feeling . . . I am "good news " until the "Star Edition" comes home and then I am history!
Love the sock toy . . . might try one for "the princess". Thanks for idea . . .
A super long sock toy was a great idea! Makes me wish I had a dog so I could make one for it! Have a wonderful weekend, chopped liver!
i love that they are watching the squirrels .. i dislike squirrels... that is what i need to get rid of them around here. they are every where. flicking their tails & making strange noises. creepy. (:
That's is so adorable regarding Zeke.. and the watch he takes up at the end of the day. Love that babygirl. How adorable.
I tossed lots of holey old socks a few weeks ago... silly me, I should have made a sock toy for our pups!
Love the Arooo face in the 3rd photo..LOL!
our hound is Baby Girl and our boxer mix is Jake, love the photos and the story the tell.
Look at those two little furry faces-How can you not just love them at first sight!? :)
I must say that sock toy is quite impressive-I'm sure the puppies love it, you know, when there aren't any squirrels around. LOL
My pooch used to patiently wait for me by the dining room windows, waiting for me to come home from work. DH arrived home before I did and witnessed the faithful vigil. It was start about 15 minutes before my arrival and he would not budge one inch until he saw my jeep pull down the driveway. Then the rejoicing would begin!
Fun for all!
I have made sock toys but never thought of a sock rope...thanks!
